Who We Are

CMC-Engineering was founded in 1998 and incorporated in 2004 as a Small Business in the State of California
as CMCE, Inc. Today, the firm employs from a pool of engineers and technical support firms to provide our
clients with high quality and cost-effective engineering services. We are members of the USCHPA and are
active in many policy development groups at the State and local levels.
The founder and principal engineer for the Company is Carlo Castaldini. He brings over 32 years of engineering and management experience
and a successful record of on-time, on-budget, and insightful contributions. Carlo Castaldini is active in the community and often lectures at
San Jose State University on combustion, air pollution control and process engineering.
